Show #7 is lucky in that many records get reviewed with minimal derailment. Stache(less) brings in a Wildman Steve LP with such a wonderful cover that discussion of the record's contents is completely unnecessary. The Colonel reviews four new Guided By Voices singles from the "Cool Planet" LP and brings in a surprise celebrity 45 that prompts discussion of the recorded outputs of Clint Eastwood, Jack Palance, and Burt Reynolds. Bobby covers the Slint box set, a Half Japanese 7" on Joyful Noise, Mother's Children "Lemons" LP, the Creepshow soundtrack reissue, and a split 12" with Destruction Unit, Milk Music, and Merchandise.
